Here is an overview of the process:

During or after the initial contact (when you call us, send us an e-mail or a message), we ask you to tell us a little about what kind of issue you would like to work on.

Second step – If we think we could help with this particular issue, we send you a set of standard questions. We ask you to answer them in written form and return it to us via e-mail. After we read your responses carefully, we may request more detailed answers if the ones we got need more clarification. This part of the work is for both of us to let us know better and to make a decision about our possible therapeutic alliance.

Third step – When the part of the work with email exchange is finished, and you (and we) are happy to continue, we present a therapeutic contract that regulates the rules of our cooperation. In it, we set up rules for booking and cancelling sessions, specify what we offer and what is to be expected of and other practicalities. Here we discuss and negotiate the exact price of our service. Before we sign a contract, there is plenty of time to decide if our offer is right for you.

Step four – we work together according to the terms of the agreed contract.

The step four is divided into the following phases:

  • Discovery
  • Transformation
  • Consolidation

During the discovery phase, we map out with you the scope of the required intervention. Here, we learn about the traumatic events of your life that need healing. In this part, we work as well to discover the root cause(es) of your difficulties (so to work with causes, not just with symptoms). Here as well, we will help you to define the goals of your transformation.

In the transformation phase, we apply trauma treatment tools that aim at healing emotional pain and supporting your growth.

The consolidation phase is when we help you develop or strengthen those areas of you that were blocked by trauma. In this phase, we will assist you in reaching your goals.

Our session usually lasts 90 minutes, and usually, we schedule one session per week.

As every client is different, we prefer to follow at your pace rather than forcing you to accept our pace. This way, we ensure that you get the best service possible tailored to your needs.
