The first step

Booking a session can be your first step towards changing your life.

Send us an email now with your details and give us two – three available dates to choose from for the first consultation. We will come back to you with and agree on the date of the Zoom meeting.

In the first session, we will ask you about your problem, your expectations for working with us, and your ideas for a solution. If you have any specific questions, please write them down before meeting us.

If you can, before we meet, please complete the pre-session questionnaire. It will help us understand your needs and preferences and organise our service for you.
